Hi all,

Charlotte Fresh and Hubby wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday as you celebrate with those dearest to you.  Get your ingredients this weekend at your local market, and check out the special Thanksgiving-prep markets so you can pick up all your fresh ingredients to prepare for your dinner.  Check out:

  • Common Grounds Farm Stand (Myers Park), Cornucopia 2011 – Saturday, Nov. 19, 9:30pm-1:30pm
  • Matthews Farmers’ Market – Tuesday, Nov. 22, 4:00pm-6:00pm
  • Harvest Moon Grille Outdoor Thanksgiving Market (in front of the restaurant): Thursday Nov. 17th – Saturday Nov. 19th ~&~ Monday Nov. 21 – Wednesday Nov. 23rd.

And if you need to brush up on your cooking skills for the big day, there’s still a chance to get this Groupon for a cooking class at Harvest Moon Grille this weekend.

If you’re not into cooking for the holiday, several local-devoted restaurants will be serving up the big meal:

No matter what your decision is for your Thanksgiving meal, local choices abound.  Enjoy and happy eating!
